Where the data comes from
Public records, published by the city. Every row starts as a permit in a city open data portal. We read it, tidy it, sort it by trade and publish it. We do not add anything from other sources. The data sources page names each dataset, its licence terms and what we remove.

CSV and JSON files
One file per day for your metro and trade. Open it in a spreadsheet or load it into your own tools.
Daily email digest
A short email each day that says what is new and where to download it.
A small dashboard
Sign in with your email, with no password, to download current and past files and manage billing.
Each row has the permit id, issue date, address, city, ZIP, permit type, work description, declared value, trade, and the contractor business name and licence number where the city publishes them, plus a link to the source record.
