Privacy

Short version: we publish what the city publishes, we keep little about you, and we do not track you.

What we publish

Only what the city's record says about a permit and the licensed contractor business: permit details, the contractor's business name and the licence number where the city publishes one. We do not add homeowner names, phone numbers or emails from any other source. We remove person names from owner and applicant fields, and phone numbers and emails from descriptions. What we store about subscribers

• Your email address.
• Your Stripe customer id and your subscription status.
• A download log: which file you downloaded and when.

We do not store card numbers. Stripe holds payment details.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe, for payments and the billing portal.
• Resend, to send sign-in links and the daily email.
• Cloudflare, to host this site, run the service and store the files.

Cookies

One session cookie, set after you sign in, so the dashboard knows who you are. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. Stripe's pages set their own cookies on their own domain.

Deleting your data

Email hello@goodiesbybada.com and ask. We will delete what we hold about you. Some payment records stay with Stripe where the law requires it.

If you are named in a permit record

We republish what the city publishes, so the city's record is the source. If you are a contractor business shown in our samples or files and have a question, email us and we will read it and reply.

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will say so here.
